6:00 pm. Kogi update says they're gonna be in my hood. FINALLY! Let's see what the hoopla is all about. 6:15- Tick and I roll up to the designated spot. Line isn't so bad. Wait, move, wait, move,wait, 45 minutes go by and it's my turn. 6 of these 4 of those 3 of "whats that"?. 1hr and 30 minutes have passed. Phase 1 of our Taco mission is complete.
Dinner at HB TATOO. I can't wait to take my first bite and watch others do the same. It was unanimous: " HOLY SHIT!". The look of amazement on everyones face was one I'll never forget.
An hour goes by and someone jokingly asks, "Round 2?". Everyone agreed and back to the Kogi taco truck they went. Round 2, equally amazing. 5 employees, all in a Kogi Koma.
What a memorable night!
