Day 3.
Meat Free?
What happened to Day 1 and 2 you ask? Well this whole thing is kind of an accident turned experiment.
Vegetarian lunch with Baby J turned into veggie dinner with the Fam turned into veggie lunch the next day with the boys. So on and so forth. I always told myself "I could never be vegetarian, I love meat too much". Trippy thing is I've been hitting some pretty damn good restaurants, veggie or otherwise, that have made me actually question the idea of being "MEAT FREE". Places like Veggie Grill, Valhalla Table, Native Foods, and Chego have some damn good dishes that make it easy for one to go the meatless route.
So, long story short, with the help of some great books I've been reading - "The Conscience Cook" and "Meat is for Pussies" I've decided to give it a whirl. And I why not? My wife, best friend, and tons of other great people I know are either Vegetarian or Vegan. If they can do it so can I. Probably. Maybe. I mean, of course I can.
Keep yall posted..........
Sounds like a good venture, I am with you in spirit. I love me some meat waaay too much, but I will follow your progress and at least try some of the stuff you have been trying. I do hear some very good reviews about Veggie grill, so I need to go check it out.
