A-Frame restaurant. Culver City.

My friend Tick and I were fortunate enough to be invited to Chef Roy's newest addition to the Kogi/Chego family - A Frame. Friends and Family were invited to come out and give the new menu a taste test. So tasted and tested we did!
So here's what we had:

5 grain pan de sal/
House Roasted sweet n spicy nuts/
Hawaiian Style furikake Blazin Jay's kettle corn/
Cracklin Beer can Chicken/
Air dried baby back ribs/
House-cured heirloom pickles/
Spicy Korean buffalo wings/
Korean BBQ lamb chops/
Grilled Sushi grade Ahi/
Pound cake churros/
Thick ass ice cream cake sandwich/
2 Octberfest brews/

The only way to describe our 11 course meal was pure Amazement. Highlights of the our dinner: Ribs, Lamb, Popcorn, Tuna....Ah hell, who am I kidding? Everything was ridiculous!
