3Worlds Cafe and Fruit cart is officially open for business!

I had an absolutely great time designing this cart with the help of Beto Redfeather, Mike Vu, Chef Roy Choi, and the kids in Ms. Fabby's class. Thank you Jefferson High School, Kogi, Dole Pineapple Co, and Mike Vue for a truly amazing experience. Here are some pics from todays opening lunch service. The kids killed it today!
