Day 5

Breakfast: Coffee. Toast w peanut butter. Banana.
Lunch: 2 bean/egg tacos from the Roach Coach
Snack: Strawberry cereal bar.
Dinner: Veggie Chicken Shake n Bake. Peas. Rosted potatoes.
Snack: Shredded wheats w slices bananas.

Day 5 feeling good. Started excersising more. Doesn't seem like a huge inconvenience to go Veg.

Cleaned out our fridge and cupboards followed by 2 trips to 2 different markets. Bought some great stuff. Super excited to start cooking and experimenting with meat free meals.
